Our policy allows for a complete money-back guarantee within 14 days of the transaction date. If you contact us personally, please add specifics about the reason for your refund request. We’d love to know what went south and how we can improve.

However, depending on the type of your financial institution, the refund may take up to 20 days to appear in your bank account or credit card.
