Business Development Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and classify information about contacts, accounts, and opportunities
• Work on the inbound leads and towards outbound lead generation to achieve the monthly quota.
• Maintain and expand connections with prospects and clients by making them aware of the benefits of choosing our WordPress solutions
• Take charge of crafting the initial relationship development process with our sales team.
• Get creative in using different sales techniques for identifying customer needs and how they can be addressed with our solutions.
• Showcase the benefits of our solutions to your target audience across different platforms and industries
• Be result-driven and achieve the monthly quotas of opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• An engaging and confident communicator with an ability to solve problems and think creatively
• Knows account management, client acquisition, and B2B sales
• Has work experience in lead generation, pre-call preparation, and relationship development
• Excellent time management, presentation skills, and consultative skills
• Ability to convert leads and maintain the partnerships
• Ability to work independently and deliver within the deadlines
• Has expertise in managing multiple accounts and projects at a time
• Experience in working on content management platforms as WordPress preferred
• Expert in web design and development principles.
