Once selected, you will be automatically redirected to the checkout page, where you can check the details and make the purchase. You will need to fill out all the information completely and make the payment for creating an account with us.

Once your account is successfully created, you will get a series of onboarding and introductory emails from us. The first email will explain how you can give our operations team secure access to your site. The subsequent few emails will highlight how you can ask for edits, how we update you on plug-ins and speed optimizations, the practical screen capture tools, and more ways to get the best of our plan.

We have an entire team devoted to measuring the success of our clients and white-label partners. This team is a part of the support desk and will help you out in each step of getting started.

If you’re our new white-label partner, our team will give you step-by-step instructions and all the resources to set up your email address and reports, get access to our Partner Hub, and help you out with strategies to scale sell our plans.

After successful account creation, one of our support team members will contact you within 24 hours. The data collection will be fully secured.

Unlimited edits include content edits on web pages, changes in banners, plug-in settings, headers, footers, etc. It also includes CSS adjustments, formatting landing pages, changes in media, adding a new landing page, adding coupon codes, and updating shopping carts. However, there are terms on which edits are included and which are not.

The unlimited edits part does not include:

  • Updating custom code
  • Content creation
  • Building an entirely new website or subdomain
  • Custom development (themes, PHP, plug-ins, etc.)
  • Graphic design
  • PSD to WordPress

  1. Included: You have created a blog and sent it to us with attached images and format for WordPress with instructions. We will be happy to upload it.
  2. Not included: You want us to create content for a new blog, find images, and upload it on WordPress with no formatting instructions from your side.
  3. Included: You have provided all the needed content about a new product, and you want us to add it to your new WooCommerce website.
  4. Not included: You tell us to create a new custom checkout process for your WooCommerce store.
  5. Included: You tell us to install and set up a plug-in so that you can make use of its built-in functionality.
  6. Not included: You want our company to create new functionality that is not part of a particular plug-in. Nevertheless, you can always get custom development at an hourly development rate.
  7. Included: You send us the content that needs to replace the existing content on your About page. We can change it for you in no time.
  8. Not included: You want us to create new content and design for your About page.

Although custom development isn’t included in the plan, we’d love to help you with your requirements at an hourly rate or with our other retainer plans.

That being said, we might not be able to achieve the ultimate speed and security goals on a shared hosting provider. We, too, have some great hosting plans if you’d like to upgrade.

Each of our plans covers one single site, domain, subdomain, and its WordPress installation. If you have multiple sites as subdomains, they will be counted as separate sites. For example, you will 5 different plans if you’d like us to manage 5 of your websites.

You can choose different plans for each of them, depending on the requirement of that website.

Even after the trial period, you may cancel your membership anytime. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. But, we’ll issue a refund for the remaining days of your subscription if you have paid for an annual subscription.
