Payment and renewal

You agree to pay WPXStudios the one-time, monthly, or annual subscription costs stated when selecting a product or service and any additional payment terms included in other communications. Payments for Subscriptions will be paid on a pre-pay basis on the day you go for an Upgrade and start using that service for the specified monthly or annual subscription period. There are no refunds on payments in WPXStudios services.
Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the applicable subscription period, you are allowing us to renew your subscription automatically. Also, you are authorizing us to charge you the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee and any taxes, using any credit card or other payment methods we have on file from you. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team, and we will ensure we do not debit further payments from your account.
Disclaimer
You are solely responsible for the way you use the services. The service is available to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” The service is provided with no explicit or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implicit warranties of unskillfulness, fitness for a specific reason, non-infringement, or course of performance.
